Rock Creek Remodel

This home sits comfortably next to a creek on the north end of Chico. What started as a simple kitchen remodel turned into a complete home makeover! By capturing under-utilized space in the existing garage, we were able to double the size of the original kitchen! Raising the sunken living area helped round out the expansive great room, and also provides a much safer home for the grandchildren.
